Specialized care for your child's earliest milestones.

At Oak Grove, we combine evidence-based clinical expertise with genuine warmth, supporting infants, children, families, and the connections that matter most.

Welcome. I'm so glad you found your way here.

You’re frustrated with or tired of feeling unsure about feeding, tongue ties, or speech/oral function—and you’re ready for clear, supportive guidance that helps your child make progress.

I’m Amy Onderdonk, MS, CCC-SLP, CLES, and I help Pasadena-area families support infant feeding and oral function (including tongue ties) while addressing speech sound needs with a myofunctional focus—through an evidence-based, family-centered approach.

I started this work because I believe families deserve compassionate, practical support during the earliest and most vulnerable stages of parenthood. After nearly 20 years working in the NICU, hospitals, clinics, and schools, I’ve learned that when feeding or speech challenges are treated with both clinical skill and empathy, families feel more confident—and children get the support they truly need.

As a mother of three, this work is deeply personal. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when feeding isn’t going as expected or when concerns about speech and oral function begin to emerge. Those experiences have shaped the way I practice today: combining clinical expertise with empathy, meeting families where they are, and creating a supportive space where questions are welcomed and parents feel empowered.

If you’re ready for answers and a plan you can trust, contact me to schedule an evaluation or ask a question. We’ll take the first step together—whether you’re in the office or, when needed, in-home.

Our Vision

Growing Together

Oak Grove is more than a practice. It's a space I'm building for the long term.

Over time, we’ll expand to include classes, collaborative programming, and a multidisciplinary team of professionals — occupational therapists, registered nurses, dietitians, and physicians — all working together to support your child's development and your family's well-being.

This is just the beginning.
