Specialized feeding and speech therapy for infants and young children in Pasadena.
You’ve come to the right place.
Feeding struggles. Speech delays. The worry that something isn't quite right, and not knowing where to turn.
We built Oak Grove because families like yours deserve more.
I'm Amy Onderdonk,
a speech-language pathologist with specialized training in infant feeding, lactation support, and pediatric speech and language development. Before opening Oak Grove, I spent years working in one of the country's most demanding clinical environments — a pediatric hospital in the Los Angeles area — where I cared for some of the most complex, highest-acuity patients in pediatric medicine.
That experience shaped everything about how I practice. I bring that same precision, calm, and depth of knowledge to every family I work with.
We Provide
-

Infant Feeding Therapy
For infants and young children facing feeding challenges—breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or both—I offer individualized, evidence-based evaluations and therapy. Together, build a plan for a smoother, more successful feeding experience.
-

Speech-Language Services
From early communication milestones to more complex speech and language concerns, I provide evaluation and therapy for young children in a warm, supportive environment designed with both child and caregiver in mind.
-

Lactation Support
Breastfeeding is important to many families, and it isn't always easy. I offer hands-on lactation support that goes beyond basic guidance — informed by my clinical background and my understanding of the feeding relationship as a whole.
WHY OAK GROVE
Expertise you can feel. Care you can trust.
There are a lot of providers out there. Here's what sets Oak Grove apart.
I’ve trained and worked at the highest levels of pediatric care. My background in a variety of clinical settings, including schools, clinics, and NICUs, means I’ve managed feeding and communication challenges far more complex than most clinicians ever encounter, bringing a level of depth and nuance to every case.
But expertise alone isn't enough. I know that when you come to me, you may be exhausted, worried, or unsure where to turn. Oak Grove is designed to meet you there — with clarity, compassion, and a real plan.
We believe families deserve care that is both clinically excellent and deeply human.
